Townhouse next to Westlake Lake. The room is fully furnished, bed is new, bedding is new. You can park in the garage if you like. There is access to the pool which overlooks the lake. I pay extra for the higher speed internet and you can access to all my streaming services which are already on the tv in the room. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. I have a pool table, dart board and treadmill in the front room which you can use whenever. I do have a small white fluffy dog. There is a pocket door that closes off your bedroom and bathroom for added privacy. The kitchen is fully set up with every appliance and gadget you can think of.

I work from home for now, but that is going to change. I take care of my grandmother who lives in assisted living down the road. I have had roommates previously and never had an issue. Just looking for mutual respect and rent paid on time.
