It is a new and safe neighborhood with Fiber internet speeds. The room has “shared” bathroom, with no one else to share with except a couple of weeks about 4 times year.

I am one man building a life ahead of my fiancé and stepson with extra space to share and 2 very sweet dogs. An English Cream Retriever and an epileptic Bloodhound. Both dogs love the company of cats and are missing their back in Oregon! So, they are welcome, if they are cool with Dogs. Another Dog may also be welcome provided it is cool and nice to other dogs. I will be furnishing the bedroom if warranted, shortly. If you want to bring your own, that is great too. Just need to see who needs what.
