My 21 year old musician/esthetician daughter currently lives there and needs a roommate— will have loud band practice at the house (although looking to find different spot), needs someone clean, and respectful of her space / personal belongings. She also has a small esthetician set up in house and will have occasional clients. She would love to have her own space but also would love to make friends and do things together!
