My wife and I are offering a standalone studio in the backyard of our property. It was a three car garage converted into a 860 square-foot studio, partially furnished with a king size including refrigerator, stove and microwave, but we can remove the bed if requested. The fridge and stove must stay The only utility we charge is for 1/4 of the electrical bill. Rent includes use of the wireless internet. By the way, the photos are not current. They only show the way in the room looks when my wife and I lived in it, but most of the furniture is not there any longer except for the antique dresser, the antique bed and the table with two chairs.
This is basically a back house so there would be no sharing with anyone from the front front except perhaps the yard between the two houses
