About the room
Price reduced! I’m moving into an apartment on May 25 in Charles Town,WV. The complex has a pool and a gym. The room has a walk in closet and you’d have your own bathroom right outside the room. The common areas will be shared.
About the roomies
It will be just me 90% of the time. I have grandkids that visit and stay over a couple nights a month. Pets are allowed but you will need to pay the fees. You also have to fill out an application at the office. Other than that I’m pretty laid back. I like to have a clean and comfortable space. I don’t smoke or do drugs and would require the same in a roommate.
