Would you like to live in a room where you have access to the state park and many trails right outside your door? The views of the canyon and mountains are also nice. Its a quiet neighborhood near to climbing, walking, hiking, and biking. This is a sunny room with a separate entrance and attached deck in Eldorado Springs. One block from Eldorado Springs State park, many nice trails, and rock climbing. A nice quiet place to sleep in nature away from but close to Boulder, Golden, and Denver. Great for morning runs and weekend climbing. A quiet non-community house where we mostly do our own thing. Looking for someone who is quiet and respectful when home. Socializes outside of the house for the most part, outside of the home regular work hours, and just wants a peaceful place with access to nature. Best fit probably left leaning.
