The property is very clean, quiet and has a large fenced yard. The room is fully furnished and has a TV, small fridge and a microwave but you also have full use of the rest of the house. Laundry is available on the premises. There is also WI-FI access and computer access available. All utilities included.

I listed this for my mother. She is a senior. We are looking for someone who needs a room and would be comfortable spending some time with her when you are home. Females Only. She is self sufficient.

General roommate Responsibilities would include: 👉 Help put away groceries (if needed) 👉 Take out the trash (if needed) 👉 Cook dinner at least once a week 👉 Water plants if needed. 👉 Keep your areas clean.

A plus would be: 👉 Someone who would enjoy taking her out once in a while (either for a drive or lunch or whatever - just get her out of the house)

She has a regular housekeeper who does deep cleaning every week. She also has 2 regular caregivers who help her 5 days a week. She doesn’t need anyone to look after her, just someone who would be around and help if and when needed.
