update: My mom is home now. The caregiver we chose, wasnt a good fit. So we are looking again.

We are looking for a live in caregiver for my mom. She is very independent but unfortunately she fell three weeks ago and will require home care once she completes rehab.

Fully furnished bedroom for rent with private bath. Home is located off Hamilton Bridge Rd in Milton, FL on a large fenced lot.

The property is very clean, quiet and has a large fenced yard. The room is fully furnished and has a TV, small fridge and a microwave but you also have full use of the rest of the house. Laundry is available on the premises. There is also WI-FI access and computer access available. All utilities included. Pets are welcome!

I listed this for my mother. She is a senior. We are looking for someone who preferably has caregiver experience and would provide any needed care most evenings and at night. She has daytime caregivers. Although, paid positions are available for daytime care. Females Only. She is self sufficient.

General roommate Responsibilities would include: 👉 Help put away groceries (if needed) 👉 Take out the trash (if needed) 👉 Cook dinner when needed. 👉 Keep your areas clean. 👉 she will initially need assistance for transfers from bed to bathroom or wheelchair however, overtime once she gains her strength, she will need less of this.

A plus would be: 👉 Someone who would enjoy spending time with her.

She has a regular housekeeper who does deep cleaning every week. She also has a regular caregivers who help her 3-5 days a week. She doesn’t need anyone to look after her, just someone who would be around to help with nighttime care when needed.

I own the home. I am very quiet. My favorite things to do are sit on my front porch, go out to breakfast or go shopping.
