Quiet area in poway great for students. 2 minute drive to gas stations , 15 freeway and groceries. You’ll have a shared parking spot with roomie but there’s always plenty of parking out front. There’s a good amount of storage space and roomie has cleared half the kitchen space for use. You’ll have your own bathroom and roomie is hardly home.

Current tenant is Anna she’s a full time student and nanny with such a kind demeanor. She is in her mid 20s and loves to bake, paint, and go on trips. She keeps her space and the home very organized and clean so she is looking to have a roomie with the same goals. I am moving out because I bought a house out of town but otherwise I would have loved to stay with her.
