3-bedroom 2-bathroom house @ 1345 sq ft in Westmoreland. This listing is for a large unfurnished bedroom on the 2nd floor with a private bathroom and shower. The bedroom has the second floor to itself (about 250 sq ft) with lots of storage in alcoves. Feel free to look at the pictures in the description to see what the room is like. We have central heating/air, a washer and dryer downstairs, a garage space with bike storage, and a backyard with a deck. Common areas are fully furnished but we are open to adding decorations or artwork. The kitchen was remodeled in 2019 with all new appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave).

We are two outgoing young guys (Cyrus 23 and Prescott 23) working in mass timber engineering and education. When we aren’t working, we are outside biking, bouldering, running, hiking, camping, playing board games, or climbing at The Circuit Bouldering Gym. We are active people and our ideal roommate would be someone who is easy-going and shares similar interests or affinity for the outdoors. We have curated a great social community in the house and would ideally like someone who’d like to be a part of that in some capacity. We love having fun, conscious and clean house. We are all good friends and that includes our landlord, who lives in an ADU below us. The room will be available March 27th at the earliest, and rent will start for the month of April.
