It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bath. There’s two rooms available!! It’s a lovely older home with period accents. It’s right next to Canisus College and close to Main st. There’s tons of public transport nearby and the tram station is a 3 minute walk away! There’s aslo free laundry in the basement, and lanlord pays for water. Internet, Fuel and Electric is split between the tenants! There wont be much furniture as the one roommate had furnished most of the apartment before I had arrived and will be taking it with him.
Just me! I tend to keep to myself usually but I will probably offer you food or to watch shows/movies together from time to time lol I have a longhair cat, named Prince and he can be very affectionate. I’m what the kids call “a nerd”. I perfer discussions aimed towards finding resolutions with any issues before it gets to a boiling point. I’m a very easy going and understanding person I’d like to think lmao so feel free to let me know if there’s any changes you’d like to see made to the apartment!
