Hi everyone, I’m looking for a female roommate who is a university student to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located at Brigham Apartments. Offering a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a small private balcony, available June 1st. Rent is 1,260. Utilities (WIFI, insurance, gas, and electricity) are approximately $120, which we would split. We have in-unit laundry, a balcony, AC, a dishwasher, and internet. The apartment complex also has two social spaces, two fitness centers, an indoor swimming pool, and a hot tub.

I’m an 18 year old sophomore studying biomedical engineering at the University of Utah.
