Looking for professional female to join us in this beautiful beach bungalow. Blocks from the beach and Garnet street, we are in the heart of PB. The house features a front patio, back yard, garage, furnished home, washer/dryer, Cabin Room available with PRIVATE entrance.
Looking for another female to complete our home; this 4 bed, 2 bath home is a sanctuary and looking for a third roomie :) (3 total will be in the house day-to-day) Private and shared bathroom options. Currently all the females in the house are in the health, wellness, and fitness spaces.
The Cabin Room is available NOW. Feb 1 2019. Looking for speedy move-in process.
$1,400 per month. $90 Utilities per month. $1,400 one-time security deposit. 1 year lease.
This home has been in our family for years, and is a special place, in the best beach town.
