William's room

The room is close to Morrell Park in North East Phila. Heat is included etc. No pets are allowed. The room is for only one person and I do not prefer overnight guests, the room is clean and furnished… I prefer someone over 35 years old… There is only a hallway you see in the building and the room is on the first floor. There is a bathroom you can use on the first floor hallway area.

There are three bed room areas with doors, I stay in one room and rent the other two rooms out. All bedroom doors have locks and I keep my door to my room always closed unless I’m passing through the hallway to enter or exit the building or use the bathroom. I would expect the same from the two other room renters
