We are also down the street from a supermarket, and across the street from the laundromat and storage if you need!

The room comes with a Queen sized bed, but that’s it.

I’m a very open roommate and I go to school at CUNY John Jay, and I work at NYPD (not an officer, and not an opp so relax) full time. I’m not home TOO much.

Visitor policy: I don’t care just don’t be too loud and maybe not EVERYDAY but again if I don’t notice that they are here, then I don’t really care. Just lmk

I’m very open to having a relationship with you, but if you want to keep to yourself I also don’t mind. I’m more focused on keeping the peace between us two.
