Single tenant ideal but open to two people. One pet okay. Not multiples.

The space includes

• 1 bedroom and 1 bath with shower only.
• Includes living room and kitchenette room. 3 separate rooms essentially.
• Kitchenette (will) includes apartment fridge, two burner induction cook space, microwave, toaster oven, built in shelves, and full sink. (See lovely drawing as visual of what will be ready upon move in date)
• The space is furnished. We ca remove pieces if you’d like to bring your own.
• Neighborhood pool and garden
• 2 parks within 2 blocks
• Close to hiking trails
• Entrance is not completely private but easily accessible through garage door.
• Laundry is shared and located on main floor of house

this space is staged. Some decor can be included

• Owners are keeping backyard space private.
• No smoking/vaping in or on the premise
• Background and credit check are required.

We are a married couple (m35/f36) with a 2yr old kid and 8yr old cattle dog (feisty but will love you)

We love to cook, play soccer, garden, play board games, read, travel, and spend time with family.

We are friendly and would love to get together but will respect your space/privacy always. We are very clean, and relatively quiet (we have a dog and a kid and live above you so yeah). We both work from home during the day. One is in environmental regulation and the other a social worker. We are usually in bed by 10.

The neighborhood is quiet, mature landscape, several parks, great views, and close to open spaces and hiking. It does really require a car to get to most things but we love its central location to both Loveland and Fort Collins. Grocery shopping and other essentials are nearby within a mile.
