In the Summerlin location, so everything is pretty quiet and chill. There’s fast food places and restaurants within walking distance. The area is pretty safe, clean and lowkey. Our apartment is in the Bella Solara complex, so security is good.

The bedroom already has a bed and a light.

There are currently four of us - we’re two separate couples. This is an LGBT friendly household, so if you’re an ally or part of the community, you’re definitely welcome. We’re pretty open.

We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so we’re unable to accommodate any pets.

Just be respectful - don’t do anything out of spite. We’re pretty easygoing, but we don’t tolerate any malicious behavior.

The minimum stay is set at 3 months and the maximum is at 12 months, but that can be negotiated depending on your situation and if we’d vibe well.

Rent and deposit can also be negotiated as well.
