I have a room available in my home in Perris, CA. Located right off the 215 freeway and close to shopping centers. The room itself is very cozy and comfortable. The restroom will be all yours, with the occasional sharing when we have house guests, and we provide access to a shared kitchen space. We also are willing to share our washer and dryer.
