Hi! I am trying to help one of my roommates find someone to take over her lease. It’s a 4 bedroom apartment, each with private bathroom. There are 3 of us that will be living here (all girls but we are ok with a male roommate!) there is a dog named Moe that lives here, and he is very sweet but he will probably jump on you. We are all pretty chill, we enjoy hanging out with each other but also like having our own time. Fairly clean, but will not be upset about a dish in the sink or anything like that. 2 of us are students at UCCS and the other roommate works full time.
