Our home is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house, with a spacious backyard, basement, and garage (which we use for storage since we can’t park in it).
Your rent would be $850 per month, not including utilities (water, garbage, electric, wifi). Rent is paid on the 28th of each month. (May rent will be paid on April 28th.)There’s a $500 deposit required upon move-in. Our current lease ends March 1st, 2025.
My name is Ashley, and my roommate Lili and I have a room available in SW Portland. We’re hoping to find a new roommate to join our cozy space by the end of this month!
We’re both 25 and are looking for another female roommate. Cleanliness and responsibility are important to us, so we’re looking for someone who is reasonably clean, pays bills on time and is willing to chip in with yard work. Our landlords require some basic yard maintenance like cleaning up branches and fallen debris, but nothing crazy. If you’re into gardening, you’re more than welcome to join in Lili’s backyard garden that she is setting up.
Lili has a dog, Molly, who is super cute, quiet, and well behaved. We’re looking for someone without pets since we already have Molly.
We both have long/early work hours on some days, and would like to keep our home relatively quiet and peaceful (not a party house).
Lili and I are both pretty laid back, and as long as you’re kind, pay your bills on time and in full, and help with your fair share of the house, we’re golden!
