Hi! I am currently renting this room, and moving by the end of March (or a little earlier). I hate to move on, as I have lived here for +5 years and I don’t think I will ever find a room this cheap in such a spacious townhouse, great street, and central location in Baltimore. The place is in the Mount Vernon Area. Close to UBalt, UMD, Peabody, and John’s Hopkins.

While the place is available by April 1st, we can work it out to where you can move-in some stuff earlier, and perhaps even move in earlier.

I can either take the furniture in my room with me (bedframe, dressers, and desk,) or we can negotiate you obtaining them.

The place is super pet friendly and LGBTQIA+ friendly as well. The rent is for the room is $400. There is also a $500 security deposit.

In terms of other bills: Water is about $20 a month, electric is ~$35-$70 depending on the season, and Wifi is $24.

Your application will be processed by the property management company, and there is a $40 application fee.
