its a beautiful town house in suburb of north wales area. very safe community. the room is on one side of the house with bathroom just next door. no disturbances. tv , internet, garbage , water, electricity and gas included. Many options for food and entertainment within 5min drive or a walk away. street parking and covered parking available. family home of 3 needing a renter to share the home with.

family of 3 two adults and a child. we have one eatra room which is not used hence will be perfect for renting as a college student or a nursing student. we have a basement for studying if needed.
