Mrs. Guzman's room

Hello, I have a 6 Bedroom home and I have two rooms for rent. One is downstairs and one is upstairs. We also have a pool on site that can be used. Must work out of the home. (No Remote Work) Background check will be completed. I require proof of employment with up to 12 consecutive months at the same location.

I have two small doggies and one small cat. We do have a pool onsite that can be used. I do have children so must be teenage friendly. I accept no smoking of any kind in my home and No Visitors.
