Hi all,

I have one room available in a 2 bed/2bath in Soma! 2 min walk from the Civic Center BART station. Rent is $1,680 with utilities ranging from $60-$80. There is paid parking available.

I have a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office). Outside of work I like to go to the gym, go out on the weekends, go to music festivals, etc. Don’t care about noise on the weekends as long as it’s quiet at night during the week. Pretty clean person so I do like to keep the common areas clean.
