Hey guys, im Jennifer. My Apartment is the first one on the 2nd level. I don’t know exactly how much rent will be because it depends on how long the lease will be. The longer the lease the lower the rent will be. It will be around 1345 and 1600. The application is 75 dollars. You will need pay-stubs. We will be splitting the rent and the bills. The deposit is 150. At least that’s how much mine was. I don’t really want dogs around my cat. I don’t mind lizards are fish and things like that. You will have your own private bathroom. Nice big closet. I don’t know how big the apartment is in square footage. I apologize. We have washer and dryer which is an another 45 dollars to rent but of course is worth it. We have a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. We have a gate to get in here. We have a gym, movie theater as well and a nice pool. Feel free to ask me anything.

It’s a truly great place to live. It has a good gym, pool, even a movie theater too. I want my new roommate not to party, I don’t mind some pets but I don’t really want dogs around my cat Windsor. Age around 25 to 45 please. I don’t want drugs here. I will never allow them here. No party goers please. Nothing loud after a certain time please. I’m Quiet, simple, very easy to live with.
