HOUSE RULES: ● Strictly drug- and alcohol-free home ● No pets ● No smoking indoors ● You provide your own food, personal hygiene, and cleaning supplies ● Visitors are not permitted to protect our residents’ safety, privacy, and sobriety ● (Note: counselors, parole officers, and other officials are permitted) ● No curfew - you may come and go as you please ● Everyone washes their own dishes and cleans up after themselves ● Kitchen and bathroom cleaning duties are split between residents

APPLICATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION ● Application fee: $25 ● Valid photo ID required ● Initial residency term is six months, then month-to-month afterward ● Payment period: monthly ● Bad credit / no credit okay ● No rental history okay ● Must be employed or have third-party financial support (SSI, SSDI, VA, etc. accepted) ● (Note: our housing program does not qualify for Section 8 vouchers) ● Cash is not accepted; monthly payments must be made via Cashapp, Venmo, etc. ● Dual-occupancy rate (two residents per bedroom) including all utilities: $600/month ● Single-occupancy rate (one resident per bedroom) including all utilities: $700/month ● One-time intake and processing fee: $400 ● Two months’ payment plus intake fee required to move in ● No security deposit is required
