This is a furnished room for rent in a furnished 3 bedroom co-living home. You would be sharing the home with two other housemates. The bedroom will be rented to a single male occupant only (NO EXCEPTIONS). No pets allowed. The home is on a beautiful quiet street across from the public access point to Lake Withlacoochee. Rent includes all utilities. Required move in costs includes $750 for the 1st month’s rent, $500 for the deposit and a $150 cleaning cost, collected up front for cleaning once you vacate the property. A couple who is renting a room to a single male- is offering accommodation in their home. We are looking to rent out a spare room to a male tenant. There are expectations for the tenant who will share common living spaces such as the kitchen and and living room with the tenant. This is a smoke free home.
