I love this area, it being safe for me and my child, walking distance of UTC mall, 24 hour fitness and minutes from down town La Jolla and the best beaches! There are lots of great amenities here in the apartments like a pool/jacuzzi, gym, sauna, in unit washer and dryer as well as community washers and dryers! There is also a beautiful hiking trail behind the apartments! Lots of nature and beautiful sunsets!

I am a single mom with a 6 year old daughter who is with me pretty much 7 days a week. I own a small business so I am usually out of the house during the day. I also am a clinical trainer for an aesthetics company therefore I travel often. I live a very non toxic lifestyle & keep my home extremely organized and clean. I’m looking for someone who respects boundaries and has healthy communication, is clean and organized as well. Because I have a small child, I need someone who does not party loud in the house, bring over crowds of people or do any drugs in the home.
