The area is a nice place to live in and very quiet as well. It’s near the 905 highway so you can get to locations fairly easy. You’ll have a room to yourself and the bathroom is a shared one. The washer and dryer is for all to use. Parking on street is always available. Utilities are included in rent but the Wi-Fi will be split between all four of us at $20 per person.
