It’s a two-bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms duplex in a safe neighborhood near campus and it’s a 10-minute walk, garbage is paid for by the landlord, and utilities come to about $100 a month, technically no pets allowed “I’m not a narc” there is a grocery store two blocks away from the bus line, there is a park one block away with a creek.
