There is two shared bathroom, kitchen and living room and private back yard .

All people in the home are responsible for cleaning up after themselves after using shared rooms and use of items in those rooms.

There is laundry in the garage . There is street parking .

Rent for the room and use of shared space is $900 per month. Security deposit is $900.

Room for rent is available for only one person.

There are currently 4 adults and 2 children living here, including a 6-year-old boy and a 1-year-old baby. We often cook at home, my son goes to school five days a week, my mother-in-law helps take care of the children at home, and my husband works the day shift. I work night shift on weekends, and my other roommate also works day shift.
