I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom and detached bathroom in my one story condo. The room would come unfurnished and it would be a 9 to 12 month lease!

It is a two bedroom two bathroom condo located in a very safe community. I am currently the only one living there and my dog comes and stays for the weekend. He gets along great with people but is scared of other dogs. I love to go on runs and just get outside but I’m also down to chill. I work full time and I’m in school part time so I’m pretty busy during the week. There’s a lot to do around the condo so the options are limitless!
