Hello, I’m looking for roommates for a newly built home (2022) in the Paramount neighborhood. Brand-new appliances. 10 min from HEB and 12 minutes to Costco. A ton of restaurants: Via 313, Black Rock Coffee, Einsteins Bagels, Starbucks, P. Terry’s.

$750-$1000 depending on the size of the room + utilities included.

If you want your own private entrance and bathroom, then there’s a space above the garage that’s $1000 (pictures show this space furnished, but can come unfurnished).

I am often in Austin and San Marcos for hiking, trail running, and hanging out with friends.
