2 rooms on the top floor available for rent in 5 bed 2 bath 1700sqft home with a decent backyard. Storage available throughout home. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans and anything else you might need to cook with. Back yard is fully fenced.

Smoking/ vaping allowed outside only, I will get a butt can if needed to keep the outside clean.

The top floor rooms are about 11’×11’ and 12.5’×11’ and have standard sized closets. The rooms are currently painted white, I could be open to new color depending on the situation. The whole top floor, including a bathroom, is just for you.

Driveway parking is first come, first serve and parking is also available on the street. Washer and dryer are on site for you to use whenever. (Getting driveway expanded at end of this month so parking will be easier)

Owner of the home (28M) lives in the basement level of the home but all main floor common spaces are shared.

I work and travel frequently, and enjoy the outdoors. Looking for someone like-minded and respectful of others who is good about cleaning up after themselves.

Rent is $1000 and covers all utilities and internet. Deposit of $500 is required. Lease is month to month. Available starting in April

Just myself (28M). I travel 50% for work and spend a good bit of time outdoors in my free time doing wildlife photography. Super laid back and don’t really cause too mich noise or hassle.
