I have an extra bedroom, fully furnished w/ bed, clothing storage & TV, and full bathroom on my upstairs floor I am looking to rent out on a short term basis, Month to Month, but no longer than 6 months. This is ideal for a single working professional, although the room can hold up to 2 guests. I selected a loft as the description b/c it doesn’t let you select one private bedroom & bathroom. You will also have access to the rest of the house as well, kitchen, dining room, office, living room w/ 75“ TV & all streaming services plus full cable package, laundry room, your own refrigerator you can put your groceries in, Large driveway w/ plenty of off street parking & a huge front & back yard. The back yard is fully fenced in & gives us a lot of privacy. The back yard has several fire pits, heat lamps, a cabana, huge swing set, trampoline and a beautiful hot tub & swim spa (Open from May to Sept). This house is a mini resort!

All bills are included in the $1,500 a month for rent, which includes cleaning as well! (Verizon Cable, multiple streaming services, internet, fax line, electric, gas, central air/heat, trash, sewer & water). Tenant is responsible for buying their own groceries and toiletries (TP, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc), but home owner will buy all cleaning products and keep your bedroom & bathroom perfectly clean all of the time, which includes washing all your sheets and comforters weekly!

My 13-year-old daughter, me and our 2 very friendly medium sized dogs live on the top floor of the house. You will also be on the top floor of the house and have your own private bedroom & bathroom. I work from home. We are just a simple hardworking family and very friendly.
