House near sky canyon exit. Rent will include all bills/utilities. The renter will have their own room unfurnished with access to the entire house for living in. The house has a pool/spa, humble gym set up, cold plunge, sauna, tread mill, drive way parking, small balcony upstairs. All appliance is available to renter, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc..

I plan on keeping one room vacant to allow the room for visitors to stay in, yours or mine.
