ready for move in immediately, all you have to do is apply through the rental company. Roommates are male and all college students going to UNT.
This is 100% worth it for your money.
Preferably a college student or someone in their 20s- but anyone is welcome as they’re easy to get along with!
must be pet friendly (they plan on getting a cat)
Down deposit is 537$ and will be paid directly to me after move in (the rental company is holding the down deposit I paid and you will receive it at the end of the lease)
This is a sublease so you’ll be taking over my portion of the lease for April-August but you can renew in August!
