Cherise's room

Your bedroom is in a completely private guest house owned by the hosts, Mariana and Cherise. The cottage has two bedrooms (ROOM A & B) which share a bathroom.

You will be renting ROOM A in this cottage. Fully furnished with all amenities included. Full size bed, dresser, closet, linens, towels, and toiletries. Enjoy high speed internet and a smart TV in your private bedroom. Private parking and guest entrance will be located through back alley. Codes will be given upon check in. Bedroom has keyed entrance.

Our vision is to provide you with a safe, and comfortable environment with thoughtful touches that remind you of home during your stay in Redlands. Just bring your toothbrush, we will take care of the rest.

COMMON AREAS: Shared access to bathroom (shared with ROOM B). Shared access to kitchen. Cooking utensils and knife set included with all the silverwear and dinner wear you’ll need. Of course, refrigerator, stove and oven. Living room with 55“ smart TV. Full size washer/dryer. Detergent provided! STORAGE SHED AVAILABLE FOR SMALL FEE!

SECURITY: The property is completely enclosed and fenced with video surveillance on your FREE private parking spot providing you with peace of mind while you adventure in the city.

ROOM B is currently occupied by a young couple, Elyse & Rachel. Elyse is a student at UofR across the street, and Rachel works two jobs as a waitress. Both are kind, quiet, respectful and clean.
