Close to downtown Greeley and nearby the UNCO campus. Each room has its own bathroom and the rooms are spacious and clean. Shared spaces like the kitchen and livingroom are open layout. There is a 2-car garage and brand new boiler in the basement, so rooms stay quite warm in the winter.
