The bedroom is approximately 10 ft by 11 ft. with adjoining walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower stall.

This is Gay friendly place. The backyard with a pool and terrace, right outside the bedroom door, is shared with a male landlord. The ambiance is very relaxed, where you can kick off your shoes and sunbathe by the pool (not heated) where you may dress down based on your modesty or comfort level.
