Ideal roomie a quiet, respectful non smoking, professional single who does not work from home, and is looking for a quiet, comfortable and restful environment. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone occasional family / friend visits are fine. 1 overnight guest is allowed up to 2 times a month but absolutely no parties. About the roomies
We are a friendly, considerate and active retired couple (retired Government Officer) who live on the top two floors but spend a lot of time traveling to the UK and other countries, our quiet older son is also in the main property (top floor) but is at work for much of the week.
