I have a nice room for rent starting Jan. 1st, 2026. It is in a 55+ mobile home park with all the amenities. Tenant only needs to be 45+. The room is in a split plan mobile home meaning that there is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - one at each end of the mobile home so you have quite space. With a walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in the mobile home and also a laundry room on property plus there is also 2 pools and hot-tubs. I am a quite 66 year old woman that has lived here for over 4 years and love it!! I own the mobile home so you would be renting from me and not the park. The rent is $850.00 a month except for July, August and Sept. which is $9000.00 due to increased electricity but all utilities and internet are included. You have to be approved by the park with a background check that is $50.00 and I ask for a $150.00 non-refundable deposit.
It is just myself and I am looking for a quite no drama female to share the home.
