Grace's room

Fully furnished one bedroom with a full bathroom (incl. bathtub) on the basement floor of a townhouse, with a private spacious living area and one parking space near the lot. You will have the entire basement floor to yourself. The kitchen and upstairs living area are shared with two other tenants who live on the top floor with two gentle cats.

The house is very spacious, clean, and has lots of windows for natural light. Even if it’s the basement floor, it gets some sunlight. The house is conveniently located minutes away from Costco, Hmart, and Wegmans, also near to a gym, many restaurants, grocery stores, Fair Oaks Mall, and major highways. It is in a safe and walkable neighborhood with lots of green spaces!

We are siblings (my brother and I), both in our late twenties, who are quiet, clean, and easy-going. We live with two cats who are very cute and friendly and they won’t bother you very much.
