About the room
Please reed both this section and the “about roomies” section carefully.
Female renters preferred, but male renters are allowed as well. You will have your own private room and access to the kitchen, laundry machines, and a shared bathroom.
The room is mostly cleared out, but has a few bookshelves and a twin-size bed in it currently, all of which will be free for you to use or replace as you please.
Bills are included with your rent, but you will be required to cover your own groceries and the like.
Parking is a bit difficult in our neighborhood, but once you have a spot picked out, we will do our best to keep it clear for you! We take that sort of thing seriously!
Our biggest rule is: NO GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE EVER. It is a major concern for us.
About the roomies
My adult son (22) and I (60) are the only people currently living in the house. We have an old dog, but she is very calm and friendly.
We do our best to keep the place clean and we tend to split up chores here, so please understand you will be expected to help out around the place now and then. We do our best to be relaxed about things here though!
Otherwise, all we ask is that you leave your drama at the door, and we will do our best not to bother you with ours.
