South 4th Street

Hello, everyone! My roommate Shawn and I have an open room in our spacious 3br, 2.5ba apartment in Williamsburg starting on 4/1. Shawn has a duplicate post up here for the same room for max visibility, so no need to apply to both posts.

As for the space, it has:

-3 queen bedrooms -2 full bathrooms -1 half bathroom (downstairs) -Upstairs living room + kitchen -Downstairs common // work area as big as the entire upstairs (including the rooms)

• AC throughout the apartment (inc bedrooms) -Backyard (that we laid down tile for) -2000sq ft ++

A little bit about us… my name’s Enzo, 30 years old, originally from the UK and I moved here last year from London for work. I love to cook, run and very into electronic music. I’m an outgoing person and love to meet new people, make new connections and always up for a drink. Hybrid in-office/WFH structure as a Senior Cost Manager.

Shawn, is also 30, from California, and runs a marketing agency here in Brooklyn. Work structur - WFH. He lives an active lifestyle and is a great boxer. He speaks Portuguese (half Brazilian), and loves sitting around a record player with his favorite people. He’s very easy to get along with, extremely social and creative, with a great community of friends and generally an all round great person.

As roommates, we’re incredibly laidback, respectful of each other’s workdays and space, and cleanly. Shawn and I have an amazing community of friends and colleagues here in BK and it’s important to mention that we also love to have our friends over for game nights and backyard BBQs. Given the size of the space, it’s perfect for hosting.

Above all, we’re trying to fill the spot with someone that fits our lifestyles, is community-driven, and prefers to see a glass half full.
