3 extra bedrooms upstairs plus a bonus room that is not furnished. Only looking for 1 roommate, so the whole upstairs area would be yours. I get my kids on my days off so you must be kid friendly and clean. The neighborhood is great with awesome neighbors. Just looking for someone help pay some of the bills because it is alot of house for me by myself. I do not want couples, I had a bad experience in the past with them. Way to much drama, I keep a drama free home

I am the only resident, I work most of the time so we probably would not see eachother often. I am laid back and chill, so if there is a problem between us, the chances are that you started it. I have a gym in the garage and you are more then welcome to use it.
