This is a semi-furnished apartment, with lots of light, on the ground floor of a very secure apartment complex. You have your own bath, bedroom, and parking space. The complex has rules for its residents so you must agree to be respectful, courteous, quiet, and compliant. No parties, no drugs, no overnight guests are allowed. You must be a non-smoker.
You would be living with a young female who is out of the apartment for long hours on weekdays but is home a lot doing school work on the weekends. I have a small, friendly dog so you must be a dog person and, ideally, open to taking him on a quick walk when I am not available. It’s important that you are courteous, quiet, tidy, responsible, and mature. You should have your own life and your own employment. Ideally, I am looking for someone who can make a 2 year commitment. The market rate for this apartment is much higher than what I am charging. I am simply looking for the right person.
