A large semi-furnished room with queen-size loft bed for extra space, available for 1 person per room in a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom house located 5 mins from 91 & 60, 10 mins drive from UCR, 5 mins from Downtown and grocery stores.

One female only, no pet or any other kind of animal because of allergy issue. Utilities are included in rent:
