Looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a 2/2 apartment located in the palm beach lakes Blvd area of west palm beach. It’s a gated community with tons of amenities including a dog park, walking path, gym, pool, fitness classes, tennis and volleyball courts, and more! I’m going to hire a professional cleaning service before you move in so you will be able feel comfortable in your new home!

Ps I’m definitely the less clean roommate any mess/clutter in the pictures is definitely me lol I’m currently packing up my room so that’s why it looks empty.

My roommate is quiet and clean. She likes to bake, and she’ll definitely share her creations—and let me tell you they are GOOD. (She used to work for a bakery!) She also likes Pilates and being in nature. She’s ok with a pet maybe two, but she definitely wants to meet them and you before signing you on to the lease.
