OTHER NITTY GRITTY RECREATIONAL DETAIL: Route I-10 is minutes away to get you anywhere in Tucson quickly, and Phoenix for a nice city trip is 1.5hrs drive straight shot. I’m close to so much shopping, restaurants, and all the amenities you can think of. You name it, It’s near by, just ask!

At least 3 locations to access The Loop and its trails within a short couple minutes drive, a few minutes bike ride 3 Minutes to Saguaro Aquatic Center located down the road for your daily swim. 3 Minutes from Crooked Tree Golf Course 5 Minutes from Omni Golf Course 9 Minutes to Oro Valley Rec center where all the Pickleball seems to happen around here. 9 Minutes to El Conquistador Country Club/Golf Course 13 Minutes to The Gallery Golf Club and Course Countless other hiking and biking trails near by.
Local neighborhood walks are breathtaking (see my pictures!) but if you wan’t to take it to another level Saguaro National Park is a 15 minute drive! Can’t recommend the sunset there enough!
If you’re a traveling healthcare student or professional, Maran Hospital is 9 minutes, Northwest Hospital is 10 minutes, Oro Valley Hospital 15 minutes and Banner Tucson is 25 Minutes, all driving distance and easy to get to.
If you’re Military, Davis Monthan Airforce Base is 30 mins down I-10. My direct neighbor and plenty of other folks in the neighborhood are also Military and work there! Thank you for your service!
