Looking to sublet my room in a shared townhouse. Room has a private bathroom and closet, house has a small fenced backyard, in-unit washer/dryer, plenty of parking options, animal friendly, updated kitchen, guest restroom, unattached garage, and small porch. Less than 5 min drive to Kings Soopers, Dutch Bros, Cheba Hut, 7/11, and more. Bus stop to CSU campus less than 1 min walk. Move in available April. You will need to apply and qualify with our landlord (also we have an amazing landlord!!) Current lease ends in May but there will be options to renew with current roommates or with others. Rent for my room is $875 but negotiable among roommates. Utilities and Xcel come out to maybe $50 a month per roommate.

You’ll be living with two female grad students and one sweet dog. They are clean, considerate, and very busy so they may not be around the house too much but they are very friendly and sweet.
